On July 9, Saturday, group members of Powerpuff Angels and Bulabogs who are all part of Tinig Pinoy Radio Singapore Chapter spent an afternoon of fun and camaraderie at a local park. The event organized mainly by Erna Aragon, JR Canega Daban, Mary Magbanua Nava and Sheng Natividad Zamora proved to be a real success.
Specially designed banners bearing the likeness of the special guest, Maria Estrella Almeida Zaldivar a.k.a Tala, adorned the site where attendees, Tala included, proudly sported their beautifully designed T-shirts bearing the picture of the special guest. Food galore was shared by the attendees and guests. Later on, dancing and singing with Tala rendering some numbers including dancing with the reigning Calendar Girl. Parlor games likewise added more fun to the gathering. Pictures snapped during the event are posted above with this short narrative.
